Guitar god Gary Lucas [JE] has a new album, Otherworld, set for release in February 2014, following his collection of acoustic and electric movie themes Cinefantastique, which one critic called “landmark musical thinking” and Philadelphia’s Citypaper named to its top 10 roots albums of 2013.

During 2013 Gary performed his original solo guitar score to the 1931 Spanish silent film “Dracula” — 105 minutes of continuous playing — to sold-out houses in Hollywood, Mexico City and Jerusalem.
